  1. Assessment of heavy metal concentration at different life stages of tilapia in a selected fish farm of Mymensingh district - funded by Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh (August 2018 to November 2018).
  2. Assessment of heavy metals in sediment, water, feed and fish at different cultured period of tilapia in a farm at Trishal, Mymensingh funded by Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh (December 2018 to June 2019).
  3. Culture and evaluation of growth performance of Spirulina platensis in the media prepared from spoiled fish feed - funded by Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh (July 2021 to June 2022).
  4. Effects of Spirulina on growth performance of Thai pangas (Pangasianodon hypopthalmus) cultured in different salinities- funded by Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh (July 2022 to June 2023).
  5. Production of spirulina (Spirulina platensis) using egg shell powder replacing sodium bi-carbonate as a low cost culture media for microalgae- funded by Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh (July 2023 to June 2024).
  6. Evaluation of growth performance and micro-nutrient variation in the Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) with and without spirulina-treated diet (July 2024 to June 2025).
  7. Adaptation of aquamimicry technology as nature-positive solution for improved nursing and sustainable shrimp farming in different coastal areas of Bangladesh - funded by Department of Fisheries, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh (July 2022 to 31 Dec 2023).
